Under the over pass of 14th street and MacArthur there are a few tents of homeless people. I believe it is a combination of illegal dumping and homeless people collecting and hoarding stuff. There is gas bbq's mattress, all kinds of furniture, debris etc. This is not ok! At a location like this it should only be what fits in the tent. Oakland is so littered and I pay so much to own a home here.
