Deskripsyon

Two deep potholes at the base of E 33rd as it meets Park blvd. when cars a parked on side of street the holes are unavoidable. These are definitely damaging cars.

The City of Oakland Public Works Agency has received this issue. It is registered as service request # 450151. Thank you, in advance, for your patience as we work through a backlog of pothole service requests. Unfortunately the City does not have enough funding to repave all streets in poor condition. With limited funding, our response to resurfacing requests is limited to minor pavement and pothole repairs only. Our Street Maintenance Department will assess your street and determine whether temporary measures might be appropriate. Please understand that this work may be limited to pothole or other minor repairs, and that we have many similar requests. We will do our best to respond in a timely manner. The backlog of streets in Oakland needing pavement currently is $435 million and growing.

How about an update and not just a form letter. This pothole has been there for two months and it is getting worse. It is very dangerous as it is at the base of a winding and steep road.

Pothole is still there and getting larger every day. How long is this going to take, if I bicycle hit this hole, it would cause serious injury to the rider. It has been almost 3 months since this has been reported.

I just drove this a couple of times in the last week and it is a SERIOUS pit! Please fill it or at the very least outline it in fluorescent paint so it's more visible. This hole will do damage!

Please fix this. I have called multiple times for an update on this issue. It is dangerous and should have a priority over some other pothole requests.

This was fixed after I made numerous calls to get it addressed. Thank you, but I really don't feel like I should have had to call so many times. This took too long to fix. I only wish there was a webpage that outlines the steps to fill a pothole in Oakland. I would have done it myself!
