I live in this building and Pike Intl. will come by once in a blue moon to put the pails out for collection. I have emailed the company multiple times about not having enough pails, about our recycling pails being missing, and about having someone to come take the pails out weekly/upkeep the property.
That along with people digging through the trash cans and leaving the lids open create even more of a mess.
