Please check more often as the people leaving the mess can't seem to find a city trash receptacle nearby.

no receptacle until today. we need it badly. please assist asap.

How about Public Works drive by daily and take a look then clean up the debris. It's their job so why can't they keep it clean so the children and adults walking them to Steffan Manor School can walk on a clean walkway and also not get scratched by the greenery growing on the fence. It's really not our job as citizens to do their work. This seems to be an ongoing issue with P. Works.
