I have not heard back from Caltrans, I will follow up with them as typically it takes 4-6 months to complete investigations due to their work load.

I'm also collecting data on the city's side including collision data, our records show the following reported collisions by year:

Thank you David for responding, I did see the box next to the power pool. Sense the request in November of 2017 their have been 6 accidents involving cars trying to beet others because you have to sit for such a long time, I know this because I’ve witnessed all of them and have gone to help. You may not have the numbers because it’s a disputed intersection with Vallejo pd and chp, that problem is because Vallejo decides it’s not worth their time to investigate to see if it’s on the freeway or not. I have also called the accidents into vpd myself listening to the scanner and get nothing
