Description
Trash and human waste are on the south end of this lot behind a convenence store. A portion of fence allows people to defecate, sleep, throw trash and do drugs in this area. The owners have been notified by neighbors of the problem but have not taken care of it.
MacGregor Elementary students walk by this everyday going to and from school.

This site has elated from being a nuisance for the neighborhood to being an 'UNSAFE' surround around the area; for the neighboring population as well as innocent (young) by standards.
