Hmmm. I don't see the description that I originally entered for this item being viewable. Weird. Anyway, I guess I'll re-type it so others can see.

There is water continuously dripping of water from the H St bridge down onto the west side sidewalk of First St NE. Right by the green hydrant. Creates a big ever present wet spot one sidewalk and drips on pedestrians. Has been this way for years (decades?). Please fix.

The 311 team may not know the settings on the app aren't showing the comments on the initial entries people make or in the emails sent to the public from seeclickfix.com - I've thought it was odd that people weren't adding descriptions to their requests. *hopefully* someone at dc311 will see this and change the settings.
