Descripción
There's always a group of four or more men outside the store on the corner of Farren and Fulton. Cars actually stop in traffic to buy drugs. These guys harass pedestrians, ride motorbikes on the sidewalk, and generally dominate the intersection. They dealers are almost always flying gang colors. They slowed down for the winter, but they're back out slinging now that the weather has warmed up.

They're back out again. They may have changed up their pattern, but there's at least one guy outside J&Bs from Noon onward every day. It's worst in the evenings. The cars stopping to get served are REALLY hazardous. Also, the group seems to depend on mopeds to move things around. I'm guessing they feed drugs to the corner in small amounts via runners.
The "convenience" store doesn't seem to mind the trade. They certainly aren't calling the police.
