In addition, the hot dog cart also parked on the same sidewalk, near Dunkin doughnuts, is completely blocking the sidewalk. I had to walk in the street because I was nervous to walk by the hot dog cart and all of his interesting costumers. This cart is also open till late at night. Last night, I walked by after 9:00 PM and it was still there and open. Police please please have him move to some other location and communicate that he should not be open that late. I'm scared to walk by. Please address this issue!
