The homeless people in Vallejo seem to be growing more abundant in numbers and with less community support for them to find permanent housing or help.

This is the view from Alameda, he places plywood to block the walk way.

This individual is that one that gives others a bad wrap...
If this person was at minimum responsible and respectful I would not say a word cause at least he is in shelter.
He is building in a more permanent area least it sounds like it from the banging. The estranged wife that forcefully kicked him out is deaf she so didn't know he had moved in there and can't hear him banging away.
He has done a great deal of damage to that home. One of the last times I saw him on that back porch he was teaching and egging his sons and friends how to throw knives and screwdrivers into the porch floor.
I have been caring for their cats that are left out year round without shelter forced to defend for themselves, so I feed them and treat them for flees for the past 4 years.
I've helped they to a fault I am not willing to risk my home and the other two homes that shed is within feet of.
He is one of the most ungrateful beings I have met, takes advantage of anyone.

I thought about carefully on whether to report this as I am aware of the homeless issue but this person been given a place over and over and over abusing each place and opportunity handed.

I can confirm that the individual in the makeshift housing has been nothing but a nuisance in the majority of my 6 years living here. There is constant drug activity, he has been asked in the past week by other neighbors to stay off their property and not to steal their recycling or rummage through their garbage yet has done it two more times since then, and today I learned that he is taking garbage buns from other addresses down the block and filling them with whatever he needs to get rid of and is leaving the bins full in random locations. Most recently a blue bin with the address 827 was left by him on the corner of out block but don't know what street it came from. The living condition is not healthy or to code and squatting in the back of the house where he is drops the value of the property and leaves it looking junky and undesirable let alone a fire hazard. I understand helping those who need it but can only feel for those who want to make the attempt to fix themselves also. This person should should be removed from this living situation because not only is it inhabitable for him but it is a hassle for the neighbors in the surrounding houses also. This man also has an active outstanding warrant and the theft, noise disturbance at all hours of the night, illegal activity, and health hazards are only a few of the issues with the current living situation thus far.
