A citizen came to my office to report a streetlight that needs repair. The base of the light is very rusted and two sides are missing. He is afraid this is a safety hazard. The light is located on East Marshall Street near the corner of 11th street right by the parking garage exit of the Nelson Building at Virginia Commonwealth University
