When our City officials are going to finally get thei act together and clean up our streets from this people that won't either live here.we can do better but we need the help of a PERMANENT and willingness officers to erradicate this overexpanding matter

Now there is another hangout behind M&M liquor. A favorite garbage dump for all these drug runners prostitutes,paint sniffers, and drug bangers.To many people hanging out, living in back of church at corner of Lemon and 3rd St.

These prostitutes and drug runners date from before the time that one of the women was stashing her trash alongsite Shiloh COGIC. Ever since then, it's been trash, drug activity, prostitution, and people arguing in the streets all night.

The people who are illegally dwelling here are very disruptive to the neighborhood. They yell and scream, argue and fight,and annoying residents to the point of approaching houses and demanding to use a phone. It is clearly drug induced behavior, and other activities that threaten the safety and security of our neighborhood.

This mess started on the corner of Porter and Winchester and has grown down Porter to Lemon. They now have leap frogged to 3rd street where the homes along there put up with these people fighting and being annoying all night. The only solution here seems to be calling 911 and reporting each incident. I don't like that idea since I really want to save that system for EMERGENCY calls but there is no other effective form of reporting to the police/city.

The loud people were hollering again last night and nobody answers the phone at the the Vallejo police department, so we have no choice but to call911

the police made it clear that they do not care about the law abiding citizens. they won't show unless its a life treating as two days ago when a knife fight broke and police were called they showed up but as long as they dissipate police will be happy and we will still have the problem. no arrest were made even though one of the fighters had a knife and officers were told exactly were she was hiding and nothing happens,few hours later they began their profanity language and it seems like we are set with this swearword talk people.

As these druggies have said "We live here- this is our neighborhood." It would be great for the city to feel that the homeowners in this neighborhood have more claim to where they live than the squatting prostitutes and druggies.

Another day of this drug nest, another night of these paint-sniffers hollering at the top of their lungs.
