Completely agree. Toilets in the front yard, plus a dilapidated RV do not add to the aesthetics of the neighborhood. There has to be code in place to remove the toilets.

I know for a fact that at least having toilets in your front yard is against city ordinances since they aren't made to be in the front yard.

While I think toilets being used as planters is perhaps not the most aesthetically pleasing style choice, it's very possible that they fall under the "lawn art" category. The toilets aren't being stored outside; they've been repurposed to be planters, and planters are acceptable outside. But I'm no expert on code enforcement so I'll be curious what gets decided. Thanks for sharing the kbtx article - didn't know about all the interesting animal statues around CS.....

Thank you for reporting this issue. Since the toilets have plants in them, we consider them to be planters and not subject to the open storage ordinance. These planters have been there for several years and are not a health issue. The officer for that are will investigate whether the RV is a junk vehicle or not. Updates will be posted when available.
