Description

This house is completely covered in overgrown weeds, fallen tree limbs, trash, stagnant water attracting mosquitoes, large tire like objects, construction equipment and broken down vehicles. This house is the worst eyesore of the block and is disgusting to look at. It's always full of trash and hasn't been clean for years. There's always random cars parked there and they constantly do constructive work without permits.
