The reporter did report the condition last week, but in the search results for “convex”, last week’s issue does not have the traffic icon, and last week’s issue, when viewed, has no “Tagged” line between “Reported” and “DESCRIPTION”. So, I guess last week’s issue was not created with category Traffic Signal / Pedestrian Signal.
