No need for investigation. Needed to be removed. I am now holding the wheelbarrow for safe keeping. Happy to return when presented with proof f ownership and perhaps an apology. Also will require litter to be again removed from street.

No action has been taken on this issue which leads me to conclude that had I not removed the wheelbarrow to help led for safekeeping it would have remained on the sidewalk for a week as of today. Can someone please contact me regarding getting this tool back to the contractor who left it?
