Please know weeds must be at least 12 inches tall and cover the majority of the yard before action can be taken. A seven-day notice is given to property owners to correct the issue. In some cases, it can take up to 30 days before the City can take legal action against those in violation. Updates will be posted here.

The Code Officer for the area left a notice to mow.

The yard has still not been mowed. I apologize, but do not know the timetable once a notice is placed. Please advise.

The Code Officer's followup was today, and a letter was sent to the property owner. Please note that Code Officers have a procedure that must be followed; they ask that you be patient and let the process work.

The Code Officer reported that the property was mowed.
