These violations are already listed under Licenses and Inspections. Once the violations are listed L & I will come out and conduct an inspection. If the violations are not complied with after 3 re-inspections, the case will be listed for court where court costs will come into play. Thank you. (mb)

If the address here is posted incorrectly, then for which house does Philly 311 have violations on record? Philly 311, any word? Perhaps the issue reported meant to refer to an adjacent house.
