Q. Please describe in detail the issue.
A. The garbage truck keeps purposely placing my empty can in the middle of my driveway. This has happened 3 weeks in a row - multiple houses and multiple streets. Please do not give my address to the drivers specifically / but this needs to be addressed. My disabled neighbor has to get in/out of the car including transferring to their wheelchair just to move the can out of the way. This is unsafe and unprofessional of city employees. Disciplinary action should be taken.
