Hi, I just wanted to say thanks for reporting this issue with our traffic signals out in the area as there is a lot of them out or flashing red.
I also see you have reported this under traffic signals, Now I want you to look back and look for the options for traffic Signal Maintenance it has all the stuff for malfunctioning traffic signals.
When you report anymore traffic signals around the Houston Area that are out or flashing red, Please report under traffic signal maintenance.
I know how the city works with flashing intersections when people report them under Traffic Signals but here's what they don't look through, They be in a rush to report the light out that they don't look under traffic signal maintenance and report it under traffic signals when this option is for timing issues,Left turn timing,pedestrian signal timing,etc. So for the sake of the city closing this issue and referring this to signal maintenance (which don't fix nothing) please for your sake report this kind of issues to traffic signal maintenance.
