Male prositution along the roadside. Individuals Loiter and Trespass on properties waiting for the drivers to stop and pick them up. The individuals hang out mainly at the intersection of Fannin at Rosalie or within a 2 block radius East bound. the main times are nights and early mornings espacially the weekends avoiding police at all costs.

Attached are the contact numbers for the law enforcement agencies primarily involved in the Midtown area. Please contact them directly for this or similar issues.
I have forwarded all similar issues to HPD and the constables, and have asked them to step up patrols in these areas.
