Description

Three or more idling heavy cement trucks along 25th street at Schuylkill river park, waiting for the skyscraper construction project at 25th and locust. Yesterday one truck wasd idling extensively outside the playground of the Philadelphia School, on 25th at Lombard - pics enclosed. I did not see any California Clean Idle stickers on the trucks I looked at.
