Items and dog waste are frequently dumped at the driveway of "nursery" area under utility wires. This is illegal, unsanitary and unsightly. Please (1) clean area, (2) post sign "no dumping", and (3) place a black trash can in area so it dog walkers can dump waste bags which will be picked up weekly when trash is collected.
