Descrizione
Cars parked on the sidewalk blocking use and partially blocking street. This has been going on for over a year now. One to four cars are constantly parked (directly in front of "No Parking Any Time" sign) parked here and it is dangerous when two cars try to pass. Coghlan has No Parking in this area as the street is not wide enough to allow room. Can someone please do something about this?
