There is some kind of water leaking out of the shrub-filled area on Tilden, oozing out of the side wall and onto the sidewalk, causing sludge and a wet mess spreading till about 15 feet of the sidewalk's length. Last week, workers had come to remedy this situation, but whatever they did has not worked.
