The south side of Benicia Road's bicycle lane is still obstructed by overgrown shrubs. This area is ~75 feet long and the shrubbery forces cyclists out into the roadway. This continues to be a dangerous blockage of a public right of way. Previously reported in August. When can this be corrected?
