Description
Speeding in and around park area, unsafe for pedestrians, children.
Ideas:
- Run radar at E. Broad between N. 32nd and and N. 36th Streets.
- Install STOP signs somewhere along this stretch to slow traffic.
- Lower speed limit to 10-15 mph around park.

5/23/2014 - Service Review: Richmond Traffic Engineering Management noted the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) must be used in determining the installations of all-way stops. All localities in all fifty states are required to use this manual.
By our review of the intersections requested none of them met the MUTCD criteria.
