Garbage Cans line sidewalk on Stafford Ave adjacent to Tupelo Honey Restaurant. They are there day and night & smell. Cans belong to Tupelo Honey and contain food waste. City should require them to contract for business dumpster somewhere on 401 Oberlin property or that they be kept inside the business until pick up time. It is a shame for a nice project such as 401 Oberlin to be "trashed" in this way.
