Validated timing issues. Adjusted controller for more green time for Huntington & the school approaches. In addition durring the begining and end of the school day the intersection was placed into "free" operation to allow a more responsive operation. Please note: no one should be crossing the roads againts the pedestrian indications. All vehicles need to yeild the right of way to pedestrians in the crosswalk durring the walk and flashing don't walk times.
