We are at the Hong Hong City mall today on Bellaire and I keep smelling sewer gas. I talked to a shop owner and they said it has been smelling for several weeks and that owner of the mall has not fixed it. I smelled it by the groceries and the Angel Salon the most.

Service Request Resolved
Investigator 279 was dispatched via 311 complaint of sewer gas smell. Upon arriving at the location, Investigator 279 noticed no smell on the outside of the mall. While inside, Investigator 279 noticed stacks of old 2X2 fixtures on the floor. Investigator 279 researched under multiple addresses for the mall to see if a permit was pulled.
No permits could be found or posted at time of investigation.
Posted 1st Notice. Investigator 279 asked for the management company/owner and could not get an answer from the security guards nor the cleaning crews.
Follow up scheduled.
