This neighbor has set up shop at this address to conduct a "scrapping" business which this area is NOT zoned for and hauls in trash to pick-a-park then deposits all the left-overs in the alley way between 4th & 5th Ave and Willow & Juniper streets. Whenever the city comes out to pick up the large piles of trash, within 24-48 hrs, it's back up to the same mess! The STENCH is overwhelming and I'm sure is attracting rodent pests and leaching toxins into the environment. Not to mention, operating an illegal business! Also, there is a (approx. 25 foot) boat tossed out towards the alley on its side on the ground and a stripped out vehicle up on crates with no wheels. The tenant named "George" had words with a neighbor which got very heated over all the garbage and George defended himself by saying that he lost his job and is "scrapping" to make a little money (this statement was witnessed by 3-people). I guess he doesn't care how much it costs everyone else??? Please help, it is quite a big Smelly MESS!
