The four-unit complex located at 815 Clay Street has had a mattress and furniture at the curb for several months. The trash cans, often overflowing, are also at the curb all the time; they are not brought back to the building after being emptied. The property owner/management company (Preiss) is unresponsive to this issue (phone calls have been ignored.)
