Hi Dog-buddy, I too share the same concerns about this property and have reported these issues to Code Enforcement. Don't even bother with this website...the City does not pay much attention to the website and all you do is end up getting frustrated. I monitor the site just to see who else cares in this City and to try to help people out here and there get there concerns addressed since, again, the City does not care about this website. Call or email the City departments directly to get assistance.

This property basically needs to be demolished. On a side note, it has been reported that the old Catalina Theater next door will be used as the construction office headquarters for all of the soon to be started expansion of Banner UMC Campus so maybe with all that activity, this property will soon be cleaned up or demolished as well. In any event, thanks for caring and let's hope this blight is removed soon.
