Descrição

Blocked Storm drain. Drain has been blocked since 2005. At least half a dozen call, letters and submittals to My311 have been made without result.

LA City has cleaned out the capture basin but drain to main storm sewer is still blocked. Apparently this is the responsibility of LA County Flood Control. I have contacted Rachel Zaiden at LA County.
