Personal cars stored (for weeks)on lot without moving. One is old trailer - looks like someone living there with no water, toilet, or electricity. Guy in lot harassing people parking on street in front of place.he just wants space to dump his trucks since he never there. Trucks left overnight all week long. People hopping locked fence to get stuff out of trucks. Nuisance
