I tried to reply before but it's not showing. Long story short, I have a friend who lives on the street and received bodily threats and property damage from crossing the wrong people on that block. And my neighbor has had dog feces thrown at his back door (not sure by who).I have no interest in putting myself in a similar sitatuation.

This sounds gross but wait till the middle of the night when no one is up, scoop of the poop and put it on thier porch!

While I see your point, do you have reason to believe that this neighbor will retaliate?

The reason I ask -- it is going to be extremely difficult to get the city to respond here. I know from experience on the dog poop thing!

I just called 311, they said that this falls under L&I and supposedly they will send somebody out to inspect. There is a publically accesable back alley and their propery has chain link fence, so hopefully this is easy to check. If anybody else could call and complain, that would be helpful. Thanks!
