Grab the pointer and drag it to the location of your complaint. The system is in error, not you.

The reason I mention this is because other watchers, like me, are notified according to the pointer's position on the map, not the address you entered. While I am interested, the folks around mile 17 will never know about your complaint unless it's accurately shown on the map. Until the city gets the bugs out of this system, the street address you entered won't match the map pointer and people like me, located miles away from the problem, will continue to be needlessly informed about others concerns and, consequently, those others will never know that a complaint has been filed and be allowed to participate in electronic democracy.
