The sidewalk in front of our house is lifted up over an inch because of the tree in the parkway. It has already been grinded down before. Can the tree be removed and the sidewalk repaired. The tree has already had large branches break and fall off it and is leaning a lot. The tree is also lifting up the entire parkway.
