At the top of the Butte Street Stairs, (off of Kentucky), there is still a huge chunk of cement missing that secures the railing to the ground, due to this the railing wobbles. People, (especially children), tend to lean on it, use it for push ups, etc., so it gets worse & worse and now is dangerously unstable. Also, the paint is peeling from all the iron work and rusting, especially underneath hand rails. I appears that large pieces of rust are falling off.
