Child's playground was replaced in September 2014. All new sand and beautiful equipment. The surrounding soil was not prepared with anything like the "green sprayed on grass" or seeded. As a result, the children are playing in mud when it rains and bringing that mud into the sandbox. Additionally, signs need to be placed up to tell people to keep their pets out of the sand. It appears that people are not aware of the by-law or the safety reasoning.
