Dangerous crosswalk across Hillsborough St. My phone was dead and I couldn't call 911. Wrote down the details. White female with brown curly hair and rimmed glasses on phone driving westbound on Hillsborough St started to slow down for the red light as a pedestrian started to cross then she speed up fast and almost hit the pedestrian. Green Subaru station wagon, NC license plate BBC 6810. About 5:15pm on 4/21/15. This is a very dangerous crosswalk. Cars often don't stop for the red lights and the crosstime doesn't allow pedestrians to wait to ensure traffic stops before attempting to cross.
