Description
I live on Toledo CT Vallejo, CA and the neighbor across from me has not been home, leaves water running on the side of the house and it's been on for an access of a little over a week and a half now. Please can someone shut off the water, homeowner is never home.

The drought affects everyone in California. We do suggest to our water customers to help each other out as much as they can! Even a simple conversation with your neighbor or helping to stop/prevent wasteful water issues when possible is a great help.
