Description
This post box, along with many others in the city has sat with graffiti on it for years. How come public works has not figured out a way for these to get mitigated? A simple question, would appreciate if the public works director, Brooke Levin would answer with a response so that the public can have a transparent answer. Hopefully you are in the middle of figuring this out.
