When pulling out of the parking garage onto Front Street one must look for traffic to the left, while there is *zero* visibility of the sidewalk to the right, and no mirror, sign or other indication to drivers that pedestrians can pop out at any minute - they are in front of the car the first time they can be seen at all. Both drivers and pedestrians should be warned, and a mirror is needed.
