Description
Driver Park is a big mess again: There's massive graffiti on the back of the bus stop, as well as elsewhere in the plaza. And there's a picnic table that someone dragged in there--it's being used for drinking, smoking, and chaining dogs all day long. Please clean up the graffiti and remove the illegal picnic table.
