Not sure why this been reported twice in two weeks? There are privacy concerns to publicly post a photo as well as the specific address of someone's residence. The issue could've been posted without a targeted complaint.

I just happen to be browsing issues in my area and saw this. There are no privacy issues here. Everything is public information. Homeowner's personal information, how much they paid, pictures of the house, etc... it's all required by law in NC and freely available to the public. Wake County GIS site. That said, the couch on the street is prohibited by law. This app is a way for concerned citizens to have the city look into this obvious violation and to have it remedied.
