Since when are crosswalks the receptacle for all the snow plowed from the intersections? The message to pedestrians from your friend City of West Haven Public Works Department is: YOU. DON'T. COUNT. Actions speak louder than words, and if this routine practice on the part of DPW and their road-clearing crews says nothing else it's that pedestrians are 2nd and 3rd class citizens, not worthy of anyone's consideration, certainly not the city's.
