It's an old case. This app would be more useful if all the resolved cases were closed by the original claimant. But if not, at least a final comment saying it's resolved would be really helpful.

Hi! At this time we do not have a status update. The target resolution date for the service request that was entered is 04/19/18 at the latest. We should then know whether or not the hole is still there since it was reported on here in 2015 and if it needs repair work done.

We do not have a record of a request for this issue in the system we have access to and we do not have access to another system that will also tell us whether or not repairs have ever been made to this since it was reported on here in 2015. The service request was placed so that a crew can be sent out to either make the repairs or report that it has been resolved.

This should be resolved with the RenewAtlanta Dekalb Corridor Phase 1 with the earliest target resolution date of 8 months or December 18, 2018. I'll keep this date on our neighborhood calendar but have decided not to close this case at this time even though it's skewing our neighborhood open cases file.
