The entire block between Pitt Street and Columbia Street has street lights in the Middle of the east and west bound traffic divider.. All due not turn on... that entire block at night is pitch black and this is a street that is accessed by students as a school in on the corner of Columbia and East Houston. A lot of the kids have afterschool program that let them out well after the sun has set, this is a dangerous situation....
