EFFECT and CAUSE>>> Traffic congestion and dangerous road due to lack of Left signal at intersection of South Union and SOUTH STREET (PA 82). Through traffic is unable to navigate past or get by those making a left turn from any direction at this intersection. This is one of the top busiest intersections in the Borough of Kennett Square that is in desparate need of attention. Since this is a PA state road, get the state to fix this problem and dangerous intersection. Numerous accidents have occurred here, poles have been taken out, and it is a DANGEROUS intersection FOR PEDESTRIANS. How long will it be before someone gets killed here.
